Troubleshooting and Support

1. Common Issues & Solutions:

  • API Key Not Working:
    • Issue: Receiving an "Invalid API Key" error.
    • Solution: Double-check the API key entered. Ensure there are no extra spaces or characters when copying and pasting the key. If the issue persists, regenerate a new API key from your Ad Hub account and update the Zap or GoHighLevel integration.

  • File Not Downloading:
    • Issue: The Zap runs, but the file is not downloaded, or the URL is incorrect.
    • Solution: Verify the response from the API to ensure the URL is accurate. Ensure your API key and company ID are correctly entered. Test the URL in a browser to confirm it's functional. If the issue persists, contact Ad Hub support for further assistance.

  • Zapier Integration Fails:
    • Issue: The Zap fails to execute or doesn't return the expected data.
    • Solution: Review the Zap history to identify where the issue occurred. Re-test each step individually. If the problem lies within the JavaScript code, ensure the syntax is correct and that the API endpoint is responsive.

  • GoHighLevel Data Not Syncing:
    • Issue: Data from Ad Hub is not appearing in the correct GoHighLevel sub-account.
    • Solution: Double-check that the correct sub-account is selected in the Zap. Ensure that the fields are mapped correctly from the API response to GoHighLevel. Test the integration with a small batch of data before scaling up.

  • Rate Limits or API Quotas:
  • Issue: API requests are being throttled or limited.
  • Solution: Check with Ad Hub for your API usage limits. If you're frequently hitting the limit, consider upgrading your plan or optimizing the number of requests made within a given period.
