Sync the Data with GoHighLevel
1st Select Connect to CRM
2nd. Select which sub account
3rd. Go to your Saved list file and select edit
GoHighLevel Integration & Multiple Sub-Accounts:
- One List per Sub-Account: Within one Ad Hub account, you can connect one list to one GoHighLevel sub-account. This allows you to target specific audiences for each client or campaign.
4th. Select the Delivery to the Go Highlevel sub-account you want it to go sync with.
5th Select Save. Now every time a file is created it will sync with GHL. Becareful as GHL can only handle 200k API calls per day per sub account. If you choose a file that is greate than 50k you may have an issue.
- Multiple Lists for Multiple Accounts: You can have multiple lists and connect them to different GoHighLevel accounts. This flexibility enables you to manage multiple clients or campaigns efficiently.
Example Scenario:
- List A: Connected to GoHighLevel Sub-Account 1 (e.g., targeting a real estate campaign).
- List B: Connected to GoHighLevel Sub-Account 2 (e.g., targeting a healthcare campaign).
This structure ensures that each sub-account receives the relevant audience data, optimizing your campaigns.
